SENATE BILL NO. 142 "An Act relating to insurance coverage for                                                                  
anti-cancer medications" was read the second time.                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
Senator Costello, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                              
adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 1876. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection.                                                               
There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL

Senator MacKinnon moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1.                                                                    
Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being

considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
