Senator Costello, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Labor and Commerce Committee Substitute offered on page 1876. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 142(L&C) was adopted. Senator MacKinnon offered Amendment No. 1 : Page 2, line 8: Delete the first occurrence of "or" Insert "," Following the second occurrence of "cells": Insert ", or to treat related side effects" 2016-03-02 Senate Journal Page 2013 Senator MacKinnon moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator Gardner objected, then withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
